Igloo has completed the purchase of Cool Gear International from Raf Industries, which, along with Cool Gear's founders—Donna and Hank Roth—will remain shareholders in the combined company. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Additionally, Acon Investments, which is Igloo's mother company, has announced that Mark Parrish has been hired as Igloo's new president. Parrish replaces Gary Kiedaisch, an industry veteran who is stepping down from day-to-day management while remaining an investor in the company as well as a possible adviser on special projects. In connection with the acquisition of Cool Gear, Igloo's board of director has decided to bring Parrish as well as Donna and Hank Roth on to the board.
