Four more companies – LEDX of Sweden, Helle of Norway and Uphill Sport and Svala of Finland – have become members of the Scandinavian Outdoor Group (SOG). All of them have their own production facilities. LEDX has been supplying headlights for night-time orienteering since 2010. Helle is a third-generation family business in a small community on the West Coast of Norway that has been making knives since 1932. Uphill Sport, which is described as an innovative lifestyle brand, specializes in the development and production of multi-layer socks. Svela makes first layers, mid-layers and accessories.
