Jim Weber, who has been the chief executive of Brooks Running since 2001, has joined the board of directors of the Outdoor Industries Women's Coalition (OIWC) in the U.S. The organization's board has two other new members: Jessica Klodnicki, executive vice president and general manager of BRG Sports, in charge of its Bell, Blackburn and C-Preme brands; and Kent Ebersole, vice president and general manager of the Active Interest Media Outdoor Group. Klodnicki previously worked for Mizuno and founded the Gils Rock Mountain Bike Group. Ebersole was the chief executive of the Dirty Gild Mud Run. The outgoing members are a past president of the coalition, Julie Hallis, and Ali Sacash-Johnson and Elysa Walk.
