The EM Lyon business school has formally launched a 16-month international master's of science program in sports and outdoor industry management, intended for students from all over the world, which will be conducted in English at three locations from September 2012. Organized in partnership with the Outdoor Sports Valley (OSV), the course is intended to prepare future managers for the challenges of globalization. After a basic course in business administration in Lyon, students will move to Annecy, in the French Alps, to take part in specialized workshops run by the OSV and member companies, with the opportunity for internships and jobs at a later stage. The third stage of the program will take place at EM Lyon's Asian campus in Shanghai. A lower tuition fee will be charged for the first year of the course.
