Marmot has relocated its worldwide headquarters to a new campus-style facility in Rohnert Park, California, after 22 years of business operations in nearby Santa Rosa. The company was originally founded in Grand Junction, Colorado, and moved to Santa Rosa in 1990, with 20 employees. Today the company has more than 120 employees at the Rohnert Park facility and plans to hire at least 40 more over the next three years. Marmot is a unit of Jarden's Outdoor Solutions segment, which also owns such brands as Penn, Rawlings, Völkl and others.
