Deuter offers a new smartphone app that is set to be a full package for mountaineering enthusiasts. The tool comprises the planning of mountain hikes and climbs, topographic maps, a compass and an altimeter. The user can even shoot photos and the app provides the name and additional information on the pictured mountain. On top of all this, the Deuter app gives advice in case of emergency.
