Komperdell is launching a new and quick adjustment concept for the length of its Nordic walking and ski poles, using a button on the handle. No other poles can be adjusted more simply and faster, the company claims, arguing that most hikers and backcountry skiers don't adjust the length of their poles at all because the process is time-consuming and even dangerous. The new technology developed by the Austrian firm comes in two versions - one for two-stage poles and another for three-stage poles. It is particularly well suited for walking and hiking through different terrains.
