The North Face will be the new title sponsor of the Freeski Open of New Zealand, being held Sept. 1 to 18. Völkl, the former (and founding) title sponsor, will still be the event's presenting sponsor. This year's event, the seventh annual Freeski Open, includes slopestyle, halfpipe and big mountain disciplines. It is the largest of its kind in the southern hemisphere.
