Vibram has introduced a new wrapping sole concept, called Wrap & Go, which is said to provide extreme grip on both wet and dry surfaces. The new sole uses Vibram Megagrip rubber as well as Vibram Litebase technology, which considerably reduces the weight and thickness of the rubber sole without altering the performance, according to the company. The Wrap & Go concept is also said to offer high impermeability thanks to the fact that the sole wraps around the upper part of the footwear. Vibram presented a limited edition collection of shoes featuring the Wrap & Go sole at the latest Outdoor Retailer Snow Show in Denver, which took place on Jan. 30 to Feb. 1.
