Pacific Market International (PMI) has acquired Aladdin South America, the supplier of insulated vacuum bottles in Brazil owned by the Agostini family. Among other assets, the takeover covers two ISO-9001 certified manufacturing factories in the country. They will make thermoses and other food and beverage containers under the group's Stanley and Migo brands, in addition to those of Aladdin, a brand of PMI that is described as the biggest brand of insulated vacuum bottles in Brazil. Furthermore, Latin American customers will have access to the Aladdin product lines developed for the North American, European and Asia markets.
