Tecnica Group is a winner of a Leonardo Italian Quality Prize 2018. The award honors companies for the quality of their products as well as their potential in terms of international and commercial prospects. The Quality Prize and the other Leonardo Prizes are presented every year by the Leonardo Committee (Comitato Leonardo) based on the evaluation of an extensive panel of qualified judges. Comitato Leonardo was established in 1993 on the common initiative of Confindustria, the Italian Trade Agency and a group of entrepreneurs, among whom were Gianni Agnelli and Sergio Pininfarina, with the objective to promote Italian quality around the world. The prestigious awards were presented in Rome on March 20, in the presence of the President of Italy, Sergio Mattarella, and the country's Prime Minister, Giuseppe Conte.
