The Dutch outdoor industry has been shaken by news that Barry Kooijmans, director of The Nomad Company, was among the victims of the Malaysia Airlines air crash in the Ukraine last week, along with his wife April and their two young daughters, Sport Partner reports. Barry was well known in the industry, for his activity in the outdoor industry as well as his commitment as long-time treasurer of FGHS, the Dutch association of sporting goods suppliers.
