The Taipei International Sporting Goods Show (TaiSPO), organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), will be held at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center from March 3 to 6, 2021.In addition, a month-long online platform (TaiSPO Online) will be launched on March 3 to provide business cooperation opportunities for domestic and foreign companies. The goal is to help companies overcome geographical and time constraints and proactively take advantage of global business opportunities in an online format.

The TaiSPO Online platform is now open for registration and will have four main features: “virtual,” ”network,” “experience” and “insight.” The virtual presentation is similar to the presentation in the physical exhibition hall so that participants can feel like they are in a real exhibition space. The use of virtual and physical integration, video and live broadcast technology, combined with related activities such as live coverage during the exhibition and online forums, is supposed to help create a new format for future sports products. To ensure more effective online and offline integration, an online exhibition zone will be established on the physical exhibition site, allowing visitors to enter the virtual world from the venue, providing a richer user experience and allowing online exhibitors to interact with buyers simultaneously, creating a win-win situation.

TAITRA will also use professional industry media, the buyers’ database and social media collaboration to create a variety of eye-catching audiovisual content to widely disseminate information about the exhibition and its buyers, maximizing the benefits of exhibitor participation.
