The European Outdoor Group has opened online registration for delegates to the next European Outdoor Summit, due to take place in Sheffield, England, on Oct. 13-15. Speeches will be given by Lord Sebastian Coe, the famous British athlete who led London's successful bid for the 2012 Olympic Games, and by Andy Rubin, chairman of Pentland Brands. A new networking dinner will take place on the 13th, followed by the main gala dinner on the 14th. Berghaus, Ispo and W.L. Gore & Associates will be among the sponsors. The attendance fee of £440 (€610-$690) is reduced to £365 (€505-$570) for those who register until July 18. The dedicated EOS website showed the initial timetable and provides useful information for travel and hotel arrangements. Exclusive discounted fares for delegates can be booked through the EOS website.
