Switzerland will become part of a larger country division, which will be managed by Alessio Meda, currently country manager Italy. Meda has been working for Groupe Rossignol since 2006 and held various positions in finance and trade before becoming managing director for Italy in 2012. The current country manager for Switzerland, Simon Boner, will leave his position in January 2021. It is planned that he will continue working with the company in another area of responsibility yet to be defined. Stefan Müller, currently marketing manager Germany, Austria and Switzerland and with 20 years of experience in the group, will take over the position of sales and key account manager for Switzerland in October. He will succeed Sonam Bannwart. The customer service will be centralized in Rossignol’s French headquarters in Saint Jean de Moirans. Over the last 13 years, Groupe Rossignol has established a professional customer service center there for Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, England, Scandinavia and the distribution countries. As of October 2020, customer service Switzerland will also be managed from there. Details of reorganizations in the other European subsidiaries have not yet been disclosed to us.
