The recognition, the first in the outdoor company’s history, underlines the brand’s commitment to creating an inclusive, transparent and collaborative culture for its employees. Arc’teryx’s employees include corporate support staff, retail employees and skilled factory workers. To support the continued growth of the brand, Arc’teryx places great emphasis on employee engagement. The 2020 list is based on direct feedback from employees of hundreds of organizations surveyed by GPW.
