Hohenstein now offers wastewater testing, following its recent recognition by the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) Program as a partnering wastewater testing laboratory. The ZDHC has the goal of significantly reducing or completely banning the use of harmful chemicals in the production process of textiles, leather and shoes. Hohenstein has been a member of the ZDHC and its lab working group since December 2018. As a new wastewater testing lab recognized by the ZDHC, the company also supports the objectives of the ZDHC and its roadmap in this regard.
