La Sportiva signed an agreement with the Società Alpinisti Tridentini (SAT), the Trento branch of the Italian Alpine Club (CAI), with the aim of preserving more than 5,000 km of mountain trails and the active diffusion of the mountaineering culture within the borders of the northern Italian region of Trentino, which is also the home of the mountaineering and climbing footwear specialist. Over the next four years, La Sportiva and SAT will collaborate in activities closely linked to the valorization and redevelopment of the territory, land reclamation, cleaning and maintenance of trails and mountain refuges, as part of the global 1% For the Planet project for environmental conservation.
