Odlo has been awarded Leader status by the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) for the fourth consecutive year. Odlo joined the FWF in September 2008. Leader status is awarded to select members for their outstanding commitment to improve labor conditions in their supply chains. The FWF explained that Odlo had shown advanced results on performance indicators. The company owns two manufacturing locations in Romania and Portugal, where 50 percent of its products are made. During its last financial year, Odlo further built on existing initiatives to strengthen its monitoring system and due diligence process, the FWF said. The FWF, headquartered in Amsterdam, is a multi-stakeholder non-profit organization that works with clothing brands, factories, trade unions, NGOs and governments to improve working conditions for garment workers in 11 production countries in Europe, Africa and Asia.
