Point6, the maker of merino wool socks, has partnered with Soles4Souls, a global non-profit organization that collects donated footwear for people in need. Point6 will donate hundreds of pairs of new, performance merino wool socks to Soles4Souls that will be distributed to those in need around the world. Soles4Souls distributes shoes and clothing both by giving directly to people in need, in the U.S. and overseas, and by selling to selected micro-enterprise organizations in countries like Haiti, where there are virtually no jobs to generate personal income. Through the collection and sale of used and new clothing and shoes, Soles4Souls helps create self-sustaining jobs that generate revenues throughout those communities.
