Prana, the yoga and outdoor apparel brand acquired last year by Columbia Sportswear, obtained accreditation for its social compliance program with the Fair Labor Association (FLA) last month. It underlines Prana's commitment to promoting and complying with international labor standards through its supply chain, by using FLA's workplace code of conduct. Prana joined the FLA in 2010 to align with best practice obligations, to be transparent, and to be held accountable for its social responsibility commitment. Accreditation by the FLA implies that Prana has been assessed and that it fulfilled the Principles of Fair Labor & Responsible Sourcing. These commitments fits with the brand's positioning as a progressive outdoor and yoga brand.
