The German brand Pyua, known for sustainable functional clothing and closed recycling cycles, is now producing face masks from remnants of functional fabrics for midlayers that are normally thrown away. The masks offer clear advantages over conventional cotton or polyester masks: they do not absorb moisture, dry quickly, and the antibacterial material on the inside naturally inhibits the reproduction of germs. The mask retains its quality even after repeated laundering. The masks are sold at the Pyua online shop for €9.90.
