The Canadian brand claims that the 30-minute appointments, which are available worldwide but currently only in English, will help consumers find the right equipment and the best fit. During the appointment with the Virtual Advisor, they will have a personal conversation with an Arc’teryx product guide who will answer all questions and demonstrate how to get the most out of the equipment.
