The Belgian company Retail Concepts, part of the A.S. Adventure Group, announced that its chief executive, Dominique Motte, has decided to leave the company. The decision was already made before the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, and as the business prepares for the new normal, Motte is now leaving the company after 11 years. The position will be taken over by Bea De Beuckelaer, previously buying and merchandising director. She again will hand over her duties to Els Gaelens. Gaelens has more than 16 years of experience as head of buying at various retailers, such as Carrefour and C&A. De Beuckelaer will also continue to lead the B&M team within the international A.S. Adventure Group (Bever in the Netherlands, OC&C in UK and Retail Concepts in BeLux and France).
