Polygiene is strengthening its corporate management team due to increased demand for the company’s anti-viral technology, ViralOff.

Andreas Holm, who was brought in as a temporary resource during the launch of ViralOff, will assume the position of chief commercial officer on Sept. 1 at the company head office in Malmö, Sweden. Prior to joining Polygiene, Holm was the sales director Nordic & Baltic for the Thule Group.

Effective Sept. 18, Dane Momcilovic will assume the role of chief technology officer with a focus on streamlining processes and driving the technical team forward. He will also work from the head office in Malmö and brings with him a solid background in managing technical teams. Prior to joining Polygiene, Momcilovic served as group R&D manager at Diab, a composite core material developer from Helsingborg, Sweden, and, before that, as CTO at Nexam Chemical. The former CTO, Polygiene board member Daniel Röme, will now devote his efforts entirely to product development and innovation. He has been one of the key people in developing ViralOff.
