IC Group reported a few days ago that one of its shareholders, ATP, has reduced its stake in the company to 7.15 percent. The company, which owns Peak Performance, later announced that its share capital has been increased by 0.2 percent because of an exercise of warrants. The exercise price amounted to 127.81 Danish kroner per share, resulting in gross proceeds of DKK 4,423,632 (€593,372.3m-$662,708.8m). The total number of shares and voting rights is now 17,090,858. The new shares have been issued without pre-emption rights for existing shareholders. IC Group has asked for the admission of the new shares to trading on the stock exchange.
