IC Group's board of director has decided to initiate a new program that will grant up to 61,113 performance shares to the members of its global management team and other selected executives, for a total of 23 participants. They will have an opportunity to get one-quarter of the shares depending on the achievement of certain revenue growth targets, and the other shares based on realized growth in operating earnings. The members of the global management team may be granted performance shares up to a maximum of 50 percent of their fixed annual salary. For the other executives, the ratio would decline to 25 percent of their wages. The program has been established for the current financial year and the next two.
