An Australian outdoor brand, Project, presented a line of winter jackets and pants at the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market that incorporates infrared reflecting materials developed by Celliant. The technology is said to improve the wearer's blood circulation, thus stimulating his or her performance and endurance, by recycling body heat as infrared energy. Project is not the first user of this technology, which also helps regulate body temperature. Celliant's website lists Asics, Black Yak, L.L. Bean, New Balance, Puma and other brands.
