Hi-Tec has signed a deal with the Duke of Edinburgh's (DofE) Award to become the Recommended Kit supplier for low- and mid-tier expedition boots. The deal will take effect on Jan. 1, 2020, and run for three years. For its Bronze, Silver or Gold Expeditions, the DofE Expedition Kit List will be endorsing the following Hi-Tec boot models: Eurotrek Lite WP, Eurotrek III WP, Bandera II WP, Bandera Lite WP, Aysgarth WP, Mount Lennox WP, Ravine WP and Summit WP. All are available in men's and women's sizes, with various colors and materials, including full leather and combinations of suede and fabric. Established in 1956, the DofE's Awards are for young people and break down into five categories: Volunteering, Physical, Skills, Expedition and Residential.
