May 11 marked the launch of the “Jack WolfskinCard,” a new customer loyalty program by the outdoor brand from Idstein, Germany, which was acquired by the U.S. Callaway Golf Company in early 2019. According to Jack Wolfskin, the new card is the “key to exclusive offers, news and invitations to store events.” In addition, card holders enjoy service specials such as an extension of the warranty to three years. Customers in Germany and Austria also receive a 50 percent discount on the brand’s apparel waterproofing service. At the launch, the card will be available in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) only, but the program is supposed to be extended to other countries. All participants in the already existing Jack Wolfskin online bonus program will receive the new loyalty card automatically. All other customers can now apply for the card in a Jack Wolfskin store at checkout, online at or by regular mail.
