Maria Frykman Forsberg, co-founder of Sweden's outdoor kids fashion company Isbjörn, will receive the International Woman's Entrepreneurial Challenge (IWEC) Foundation Award later this year. Forsberg will receive the honor on Nov. 12 at IWEC's annual gathering to be held in New Dehli, India. Isbjörn's co-founder will speak at the foundation's annual conference about her experiences and share her expertise with the 250 delegates expected at the event. Founded in 2007, the IWEC is an international organization, backed by the U.S. State Department, that is intended to strengthen female leadership and businesses.
