Despite the exceptional circumstances caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, numerous owners and service staff of sporting goods stores and rental businesses took advantage of the opportunity to prepare themselves optimally for the coming winter season in this year’s service workshops of ski service specialist Reichmann & Sohn in Weissenhorn, Germany. Due to the limit on participants, the available places for the workshops were quickly fully booked. “We are particularly pleased that even in the current situation there is such a great interest in professional training for the upcoming winter season,” said Stefan Reichmann, managing director of Reichmann & Sohn.
As an additional service to the workshops, Reichmann offered advice on the implementation of a hygiene concept for sports retailers and ski rental shops. A touchless hand disinfectant dispenser, newly added to the Reichmann range, was already in regular use during the event. Reichmann also offers suitable solutions for boot and helmet disinfection, air purifiers, social distance stickers and signs, masks and a station for automatic measurement of body temperature for shop entrances.
