Icebreaker is implementing an innovative laptop and iPad-based tool called “aWorkbook” for assortment planning and selling. The new tool is already in use by 80 account managers and a couple of distributors. Currently, the new technology is applied in 12 of the 43 countries that Icebreaker serves in North America, Europa and Oceania. aWorkbook is provided by U.K.-based Hark Solutions and is described as the only cross-platform sales enablement tool for the shoe and textile business.
