Many of the 550 brands that were represented at Ispo Shanghai on July 5-7 expressed strong satisfaction. A young fashion-tech brand, Airinum, participated in the show for the first time in an original partnership with a German brand, Arys, and the Swedish ingredient brand that they are using, Polygiene. The combination worked out well for them at a joint stand where visitors were attracted by a set of “urban warrior” outfits. Other newcomers were Sidas and UYN, among others. Many exhibitors used Ispo Shanghai's matchmaking program to meet important Chinese e-commerce providers and retail chains, for a total of 470 meeting. Five outdoor brands – Aigle, Columbia, Kailas, Lafuma and The North Face – presented their latest collections for immediate purchase by end consumers on the Tmall online shop.
