Ragnar Relay Events and Outdoor Retailer have joined forces to stage a Relay Challenge in support of the Outdoor Industries Women's Coalition (OIWC). The event is scheduled for Aug. 8 and will consist of a 9-mile relay race held on the third day of the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market in Salt Lake City, Utah. All proceeds will go to OIWC, the only organization in the U.S. dedicated to workplace equality, diversity and inclusion of women in the outdoor, snow, bike and run industries. Relay teams of three will run on a looped course that starts at The Pavilions @ OR across from the Salt Palace Convention Center. Registration is $60 for teams of three, or $20 for individuals online or the morning of the event. Registration discounts apply for OIWC members.
