Many exhibitors — Vaude, Rab / Lowe Alpine, Mountain Equipment, Lowa, Meindl and Skechers, to name a few — have already signed up to be part of OutDoor by ISPO. If you’d like to steer a proper course through today’s treacherous waters, don’t miss out on the global event for the outdoor community, scheduled for June 3 to 5, 2024.

OutDoor by ISPO 2024

In these uncertain times, it is important to present your brand in the best possible light, show your product innovations to an international audience and make your business decisions after you’ve gained insight through direct exchange with the community. Over the past two years, OutDoor by ISPO has proven itself to be the outdoor industry’s key platform for companies seeking to strengthen their brand perception, promote collaborations in the community and make new business contacts. In keeping with the needs of the industry, OutDoor by ISPO offers a wide range of participation opportunities – from the classic trade fair stand (pre-built, if you like) to company showrooms, workshops and the moderation of roundtable discussions. From June 3 to 5, 2024, the outdoor industry will be gathering at the Messe München convention center.

This year’s OutDoor by ISPO offers 50% more exhibition space in three exhibition halls and a spacious outdoor green area with over 5,000 square meters of presentation space and community space.

As an exhibitor, you’ll be spoiled with choices:

1. A stand of your own

Having your stand and designing it to match your brand identity is a time-tested way to deliver your message on the future of the outdoor industry. Every exhibitor benefits from an extensive additional package, which includes visitor tickets, entries in both the digital exhibitor directory and the product directory, participation in the conference program, access to the OutDoor Party, and other benefits.

2. A pre-built stand

Rather than designing from scratch, you can save time by adapting one of the fair’s pre-built stands to your needs. The trade fair takes care of many organizational efforts, and easy handling is guaranteed. Exhibitors with pre-built stands can also benefit from the additional services.

3. A company showroom

If you would like to present your new products in the ambiance of a showroom, OutDoor by ISPO is the right place for you. With its specially built showrooms, the trade fair offers exhibition space for product presentations or for business meetings in friendly surroundings. You can rent the furniture or bring along your own — with all additional services included.

4. A curated exhibition space

To shine the spotlight on your products themselves, you might consider a curated exhibition. Your products will be displayed prominently at the front of each hall, in easy view for every trade-fair visitor.

Of course, product presentation in the halls is the focus of every OutDoor by ISPO, which draws its special character from the green area in the adjacent atrium. The lounge ambiance is perfect for relaxed networking. But part of the atrium turns into a party zone every evening. Individual participation opportunities are possible.

Shaping the future and taking a stand

Collaboration is the key to lasting change especially in matters of sustainability, which are seeing an incredible amount of innovation and development. And the optimal place to present these is the tried and true Sustainability Hub.

Of special interest here is the Material Lab, where you can present the life cycle of your products step by step, from concept and development to raw materials, manufacturing and the final article. In addition, the Sustainability Hub offers space for pre-built stands and presentation options, such as posters and lectures.

Watersports and climbing

If you’re at home in water sports, climbing or trail running, there’s an area of OutDoor by ISPO that we think you’ll find particularly useful. The Watersport and Climbing Hub offers not just exhibition space but also, among other things, a trail-running test track with its own stages and activation area. This is only one of the individual activation options available to exhibitors.
