Calzados Fal – Chiruca is contributing to a humanitarian campaign to aid refugees who have traveled through the Balkans and ended up in Greece. The campaign has been organized by Bienvenidos Refugiados de La Rioja (Welcome Refugees of La Rioja) – a group headquartered, like Calzados Fal itself, in the autonomous community of La Rioja. Specifically, Calzados Fal has donated some 4,000 pairs of shoes, which the NGOs SOS Refugiados and No Name Kitchen will be distributing at refugee camps on the southeastern edges of the European Union.
