The North Face (TNF) has integrated its Futurelight technology into the Activist Futurelight, the Ultra Traction Futurelight, and the Ultra Fastpack IV Futurelight. The Ultra Fastpack previously came with a Gore-Tex membrane and has now been redesigned using the Futurelight membrane. TNF’s new technology, which was launched last autumn, uses a nanospinning process to add air permeability to a waterproof membrane.
