Angela Merkel is scheduled to visit the next session of the Eurobike fair in Friedrichshafen on Aug. 28. The German Chancellor is expected to spend a couple of hours at its official inauguration and to gather information on urban mobility and cycling in general. The annual fair should host more than 1,250 exhibitors. It hopes to attract more than 40,000 visitors from 100 countries, including many local consumers.
