Adidas, already running many mono-brand stores in Russia, has opened the first outdoor-only store in the country under the Terrex banner. Indicating that it is the first of a chain of dedicated stores, Adidas said it will bring a set of outdoor equipment and gear to the local market that was previously not available for local customers. The new store is located in the Metropolis shopping center in Moscow, occupying 100 square meters of floor space. Adidas said that the new store is expected to be a flagship for the chain that it plans to develop in Russia.
