Line Skis and Full Tilt Boots, both subdivisions of K2 Sports under its parent business, Kohlberg & Company, have hired Steven Hartl as global brand director. Hartl has worked in the outdoor industry for nearly 14 years with companies including Summit at Snoqualmie, Sturtevant’s, POW Inc. and Outdoor Research, most recently as U.S. sales manager at Line and Full Tilt for the past three years. Hartl will work at the company’s Seattle headquarters with product development, graphic design, marketing and sales on a global level “to execute the brand’s vision while keeping his finger on the pulse of the industry to find out what Line and Full Tilt’s customers want and don’t yet know they want.”
