Several sources have reported that Fjällräven’s landlord in Boulder, Colorado, has sued the outdoor company for not paying rent for its store at 1048 Pearl Street since April. The landlord, Ten Eleven Pearl LLC, claims that Fjällräven owes $88,760 in base rent and $38,261 in additional charges. The 356 square meter store first opened in February this year and closed again in March due to the pandemic. After reopening in May, it is currently operating. Fjällräven has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
