Andre Bachmann, managing director of the German company New Wave GmbH, which is best known for the distribution of the Swedish brand Craft, has granted general procuration to his long-time employees Henriette Pfeiffer and Felix Lechner. Pfeiffer, New Wave’s chief financial officer, has been with New Wave for 14 years. Lechner began his career at New Wave with an apprenticeship and is now responsible for the development of new business areas and the optimization of existing business processes as business development manager. According to Bachmann, the restructuring of the company’s management not only optimizes and accelerates daily business transactions, but at the same time secures the managing director’s position and sets the course for a successful future.
