Salomon and the U.S. outdoor retail chain REI have announced a series of virtual book club events with Salomon athletes and authors Jessie Diggins, Rickey Gates, Emelie Forsberg and Meredith Erickson. Once a month, consumers will be invited to read the monthly book and participate in an open, interactive session on Zoom with the author to discuss their work, its themes and their lives. The first session will kick off on Sept. 17 with Olympic gold medalist Jessie Diggins, who won the United States’ first cross-country skiing gold medal at the Winter Olympics in 2018, as she discusses her new book ”Brave Enough.” The REI + Salomon Book Club events are open to the public but require registration through the club website.
