Working Mother Media (WMM), a U.S. strategic professional services firm that partners with companies to develop inclusive talent strategies, has named VF Corp. one of the “2020+ Top Companies for Executive Women.” This list is considered the most definitive list of top jobs for women seeking to move up the corporate ranks. To be considered, companies must apply to WMM and have at least two women on their boards of directors, a U.S.-based CEO and at least 1,000 U.S. employees. No other outdoor company was named in this year’s list.
Since 1986, WMM has surveyed organizations that promote women, diversity and inclusion, and a family-friendly workplace culture. The list includes companies that are committed to the advancement of women, with a focus on succession planning, profit and loss roles, gender pay equity, support programs and work-life balance programs.
